ANTHONY PANGILINAN TO SPEAK IN KERYGMA CONFERENCE 2011
ANTHONY N. PANGILINAN, well-known management trainer and Christian leader, will be one of the powerful speakers in the Kerygma Conference (KCON) 2011 to be held at the Philippine International Convention center November 18-20, 2011.
Pangilinan, president and chief disturber of BusinessWorks Inc., a 10-year-old company dedicated to high-impact training seminars, learning events and hypermedia productions, will speak on Leadership in Full on November 18, the first day of KCON 2011.
KCON is an annual event that includes worship, entertainment, Mass, and talks to discuss Catholic issues and practical living in the modern times. The conference stemmed from rallies of the readers of Kerygma, an inspirational magazine founded by lay preacher Bro. Bo Sanchez, who will be the main conference speaker. Bro. Bo named Kerygma magazine after the Greek word kerygma which means “proclaiming the Gospel”.
KCON 2011 centers on the theme G2G, acronym for Glory to Glory.
“God has already empowered us to succeed and live an abundant life,” Bro. Bo said. “Now, we can move on from one glorious life to another,” he added. Thus, this year’s theme is “Glory to Glory”, which is based from 2 Corinthians 3:18, “But we all... are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory.”
KCON 2011 will be a three-day inspirational learning event starting with a Leadership Conference to be held at the PICC on November 18, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m, to be followed by an Opening Concert at the CCP Grounds, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The following day, November 19, there will be a whole day simultaneous Glory to Glory conferences for Families, Singles, Youth, Solo Parents, Single Blessedness, Faith and Inner Healing.
On the third day, November 20, Bro Bo will lead the Grand Feast which will include celebration of the Holy Mass, worship, and his Glory to Glory talk at the CCP Open Grounds starting at 4 p.m.
