A graduate of the University of Santo Tomas, he became an Engineer in a corporate setup for eight years then shifted careers and focused on Corporate Training. His role as Transformation Manager included inspiring and motivating employees and clients (mostly farmers and micro-entrepreneurs) to improve their lives using Bible-based principles. He began preaching at age 18 years old when he was an active member of Christ’s Youth in Action (CYA) during his college days. On a part-time basis, he works as a Trainer and Speaker for contextualized retreats and seminars. His clients include Catholic Communities, Financial Institutions, Foundations, and Schools. RJ Si, currently the Builder of The Feast QC Fairview Terraces has been with the Light of Jesus Community since he was 7 years old. He joined the Radical Training (first batch) and then became one of the Worship Leaders at The Feast QC - BSWM and later on was invited to take the courses of SOL (School of Leadership). A graduate of Information Technology at San Beda College, he is also currently practicing his profession in a Media Company.
