RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers who bought items from our official Feast Store website at regular price can apply for return/exchange up to thirty (30) days from the date when the order is received, where day one is the receiving/collection date. Meanwhile, items bought during sale events, at markdown price, or using vouchers can apply for return/exchange up to seven (7) days from the date when the order is received / collected.

Valid reasons for return and exchange include the following:

    • Faulty, defective, or damaged product
    • Wrong item is delivered
    • Change of size (for fashion items, sizes are limited we cannot guarantee that we can still give you the same item with different size)

Returned items should be unused or unwashed and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

INTERNAL PROCESS

Step 1: Inform our Customer Care thru our email at _______ or SMS +632 8 725-9999

Step 2: Send us an email, a screenshot or picture of the item/s for exchange or returns and specify the reason for return. Please include a copy of your ORDER Number or Receipts issued to you. Our Customer Care will try to respond to your email within 3-5 working days upon the receipt of your email. Expect bulk emails during special events or after holidays and it may take time to respond to your emails.

Step 3: For exchange items, pay necessary fees if needed and send us a copy of your payment thru email to process the delivery of your items.

Selected item/s for exchange may be of the same or higher value as the original item being returned. The price difference of item/s with higher value than the original item must be paid. Customer waives any excess amount if the item chosen for exchange has lower value than the original item.

Step 4: Processing of your order/s, we will inform you through SMS if your items are already shipped or ready for pick up.
